In-person cohort training for the people whose judgment sets the conditions everyone else works in. Seminars, workshops and multi-day academies, at your site or ours.
A leader who regulates well makes an entire team more effective. A leader who does not degrades everyone around them, usually without knowing it and usually while working harder than anybody else in the building. That asymmetry is the whole argument for investing at the leadership level rather than spreading the same budget thinly across everyone.
The Academy is built on that. The material is the neurobiology of performance under sustained pressure, which is not specific to any profession. What changes for a federal or military audience is the framing, the examples, and an understanding of the constraints people are actually operating inside.
How decision quality degrades under fatigue, threat and time compression, what that looks like from the outside, and what a leader can do about it in the moment rather than afterward.
Performance conversations that do not trigger an exit. Supervision of somebody who is visibly struggling. Naming a workload problem out loud without promising something you cannot deliver.
Programs get used when senior people are seen using them and say plainly that there is no penalty for doing so. Absent that, a well-written policy is decoration. This is trainable behavior and it sits with a small number of identifiable people.
Presence, judgment, the ability to hold a room, the capacity to sit with somebody in crisis. The parts of the work that cannot be codified, and which become more valuable as the codifiable parts are absorbed by systems.

Sized to fit an existing agenda or a single training day. Usually arrangeable on shorter notice.
Cohort programming across several days, delivered in your training rooms, at a conference center local to you, or at one of our sites in Colorado, California, Illinois, Virginia, Texas and across Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Washington.
Residential and multi-day programming books six to eighteen months ahead depending on site and season. Six months is realistic for most requests. If you are working a conference calendar, the earliest useful conversation is the one about dates.
Academy dates book six to eighteen months out. An early conversation costs nothing and makes the scheduling considerably easier.
